Satellite scientist Dr Mark Harwood and Gary Bates, author of Alien Intrusion, join efforts in Canberra next month to deliver four lectures on Intelligent Design at Capital Edge Community Church in Wanniassa on Thursday and Friday, 7th & 8th August, 7.00pm start. All are welcome to attend. The lecture is part of the World by Design Tour of Creation Ministries International in Brisbane which is touring twenty five locations around Australia over three weeks involving seven distinguished speakers.

Harwood and Bates will deliver an illustrated lecture series entitled:

The design argument: what it’s about, and why it matters,

Examples of incredible design in living thing,

Dismantling the arguments against design: selection, ‘bad design’,

rounded off with an open question and answer forum.

In these lectures the speakers will show that the opposition to intelligent design is a clash of presuppositions and not of science fact. Evidence and arguments presented to support the creation view will be easily understood by laymen and academics alike.
